How to share a cut for review

Export the cut, then press Ctrl+K and choose Review link. Give it a title and an expiry and press Make the link — it is copied for you. Whoever opens it can play the video and leave a comment at the moment they paused; Comments → markers brings every one back onto your track.

  1. Export the cut. A review link carries the last export (up to 50 MB). With no export yet, the dialog renders one first — 720p or a shorter range keeps it small.
  2. Make the link. Press Ctrl+K, type Review link, set a title, an expiry (7, 30, 90 days or never) and whether viewers may download, then Make the link. It is copied to the clipboard.
  3. Send it. Anyone with the link can watch — no account needed. They pause, write a comment and it is pinned to that second; replies thread under it.
  4. Bring the comments home. Open Review links again and press Comments → markers: each comment becomes a named marker at its moment on the track.
  5. Make the changes. Jump marker to marker with the bookmark keys or by clicking them on the ruler, fix each note, export again.
  6. Take it down. In the same list a link can be taken down (it stops at once) or deleted with its file.

Who can see it

Only people who have the link. The link carries a long random token, the page is hidden from search engines, and it stops at its expiry or the moment you take it down.

Undo is Ctrl+Z, and one history covers the whole project.
